I had a wake up call this morning a little past five. My cat decided she was hungry, and since she knows how to open my door (???) she came in and scared me half to death. I got up, gave her a little food, and went back to bed until my alarm woke me up at 7am. I got out of bed and got ready pretty fast - I needed to talk to my dad about picking up my car this morning. It's been dead since last friday, when the engine just stopped while i was driving home. yeah. So I'm ready by quarter of 8, and didnt need to be ready for another half hour. My dad drops me off at my mechanic, all the while im hoping my checkbook really is in my glove comparment where i thought i had left it last week. it was in my glove comparment, even though the keys had been in the ignition all night while my car sat on the side of the road. I get my bill and thankfully it wasn't the computer that broke, just the timing belt. for those of you who dont know anything about cars, the timing belt is in the middle of the engine. yeah. So I wrote a check for $450. HAPPY FRIDAY 13TH!!!
I've been working, reading and sleeping. Thats my life, honestly. lol. Now i'll have to do a little more of that work stuff since i have a whole $15 in my account. Im really not this whiny though, i just thought this crap would make a good 13th entry. ;)
It's summer baby...even a little bad luck/karma can't bring me down!!
